NO CONTRACT PEST CONTROL
Our General Pest Control service covers a wide variety of pests such as scorpions, spiders, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, ants, etc. We cover inside as well as outside with this service. Our main goal with our general pest control service is to target pest nesting sites, eliminating them at the source!
Scopes of service:
Cinderblock wall flush out
One of the most common nesting sites we have found are the cinderblock walls found in backyards. In particular, the columns are a consistent hotspot for bugs such as scorpions, crickets, black widows and more. This is why we treat the columns throughout the entire backyard EACH service. We accomplish this by injecting liquid products into the gaps of the columns; that way the products infiltrate the nesting sites of the pests. This part of the service is crucial! Instead of just waiting for bugs to come to the pest control, we take the pest control to the bugs!
House foundation treatment
One of the most common ways bugs get inside of homes is by getting inside of the walls of the home. Once inside the walls, there are many ways pests can get inside your home such as light fixtures, outlets, plumbing fixtures etc. To prevent this, we thoroughly treat the foundation of the house with each service.
Interior/garage treatment
While interior treatments are always included in the service price-wise, it is usually not necessary to treat inside with each visit. We normally recommend treating inside on the first visit, and then as needed thereafter. The idea behind this is to do a thorough job on the outside, preventing bugs from entering the home. One added benefit of doing it this way is you do not have to be home in order for us to complete our routine exterior service. Treating inside primarily involves spraying the edge of the floors and baseboards throughout each room. If there are objects against the walls like couches or beds, no worries, we will simply work our way around. We do not recommend moving large pieces of furniture from the walls. A basic pick-up of clothes and toys is sufficient.
Spider web removal
Spiders are one of the most common pests we deal with throughout Queen Creek and surrounding areas. This is why we take the time to inspect for, and remove any spider webs around the property. Common places we find them are on patio furniture, bushes, light fixtures, and patio ceilings. It is important to remove these webs because they frequently hold egg sacks. Depending on the type of spider, some egg sacks can carry hundreds of spider eggs!
Ant Treatment
Another common intruder are ants. Although small in size, ants have perfected the strategy of safety in numbers. A single ant colony can have tens of thousands of ants. Similar to bees and termites, ants are wired to take over as much territory as they can. This is why it is common to have occasional ant piles pop up, especially during warmer months. This is why with each visit, we will thoroughly inspect your property both front and back, looking for any signs of these pests. To give our customers the best results, we actually have a product dedicated just for ants, its that good! Once treated, ants are guaranteed to be eliminated!
Yard Granulation in real grass
Just like most living organisms, bugs need three primary basics in order to survive: food, water, and shelter. Real grass provides all three of these. This is why we will treat real grass each time we visit (turf does not need the same attention due to it not providing those three survival basics). The way we treat grass is with a granular product; it looks comparable to sand. The reason we choose granules for grass is primarily because granules are activated with water. So when your sprinkler system activates, so do the products! Treating this way will help reduce pests commonly found in grass such as crickets, spiders, earwigs, beetles and more.
Wasp nest removal
While most companies charge extra to remove wasp nests, Three Suns Pest Control includes this in our service! Whether its a mud dauber wasp building a mud nest on the wall of your home, or a paper wasp building a nest on your porch ceiling, we have you covered!
Monitoring for termite activty
Termites are extremely common here in Arizona. This is why it is essential to have a trained professional routinely monitoring for termite activity. As we spray the foundation of your home, our technicians' trained eyes will look for common signs of termites with each visit. This is an area where Three Suns Pest Control stands out above its competitors. A vast majority of companies do not train their general pest control technicians on what to look for regarding termites, its a huge mistake! Every year termites do an average of 5 billion dollars worth of damage. Don't be their next victim!

Miscelaneous objects treatment
Many properties have a variety of miscellaneous decor including plants, boulders, storage containers etc. Many of these provide great nesting sites for unwanted pests. This is why we will treat any gaps where bugs can hide. For example, where a boulder meets with the ground, we will spray the base of the boulder, injecting products into the gap where bugs crawl underneath the boulder.
